Long Bio · Full Profile
Joy Osinloye has spent more than a decade helping build the creator economy from the inside out and more than $100 million in influencer investment later, she is still focused on the same passion that defined the beginning of her career: making the creator economy more credible, measurable, and accessible for the brands investing in it, the creators building businesses within it, and the next generation of talent entering it.
Today, Joy is Vice President of Customer Success, North America at CreatorIQ, the leading operating system for creator marketing, where she is responsible for the success of more than 1,400 customers and, ultimately, the creator programs behind them. But her career began much closer to the ground floor of influencer marketing at a time when "influencer" was still something marketers had to explain, defend, and prove.
Earlier in her career at Influential, she was helping convince brands that creators were not a trend, but a legitimate and powerful marketing channel. She supported some of the company's earliest RFPs and new business efforts, learning firsthand how to translate the value of creators into language that brands could understand. She also sourced creators for CAVA's first influencer campaign.
Since then, Joy has worked with more than 60,000 creators and managed over $100 million in influencer spend across campaigns for brands including Airbnb, Huggies, L'Oréal, Adobe, Kellogg's, Amazon Studios, JBL, Behr, and the NBA. Her career has been defined not simply by the scale of those programs, but by her ability to identify where creator marketing is going next and build toward it.
With Huggies, Joy pioneered the brand's first long-term creator ambassador program. She hand-selected the ambassadors, developed the strategy from the ground up, and coined the program's name: "We Got You Baby Crew." Rather than treating creators as media placements, she helped establish an ongoing community of trusted voices around the brand. For Kellogg's, she helped lead creator strategy around culturally relevant programming including the Rice Krispies Treat Sleepover, demonstrating how creators could become central to a brand's larger cultural storytelling.
At Adobe, Joy led campaign operations for Adobe MAX as the company reimagined its traditionally in-person experience into a digital-first program during COVID, navigating an entirely new environment for creator engagement. She also led Adobe Education initiatives and later consulted on social strategy for Match Group's portfolio of dating brands.
In her role today, she has moved from proving that influencer marketing works to helping define the infrastructure required for it to work at scale. Joy has developed data-driven curriculum and best-practice frameworks that help brands with lower levels of creator-marketing maturity build their teams, strategies, agency ecosystems, measurement approaches, and programs from the ground up.
Her impact extends beyond the organizations she works for. Joy has built an ecosystem of her own through House of Joy, including Boardroom Social, which helps public figures and creators turn influence into long-term brand equity and business opportunity, and The Feed HQ, an editorial platform she created to document the people, news, moments, and cultural shifts shaping the internet. The Feed HQ reflects a central belief in Joy's work: if the creator economy is becoming a legitimate economic and cultural force, it deserves the same level of journalism, strategy, infrastructure, and institutional thinking afforded to traditional industries.
Joy has also become a leading educator and advocate for the people entering that ecosystem. She has guest lectured at USC on numerous occasions, mentors emerging professionals and creators, served as a 2026 Shorty Awards judge, and has spoken publicly for organizations including Morning Brew's Revenue Brew, Cosmetic Executive Women, Celsius, CMO Alliance, and MadFest London about the evolution of influencer marketing. As a creator herself, Joy has partnered with Upwork and many more to spotlight careers within the influencer industry and built a TikTok audience of more than 60,000 people around candid, data-informed insights into the business of influence. She also hosts CreatorIQ's "Earned," an executive platform exploring what is and isn't working in modern creator marketing.
Across every chapter of her career, Joy has operated at the intersection of brands, creators, culture, and business. Her career reflects the evolution of influencer marketing itself: from an emerging tactic that needed to be proven to a sophisticated business discipline that now demands strategy, infrastructure, measurement, and talent. She is not simply participating in the creator economy. She has helped build it, professionalize it, and create pathways for others to participate in its future.
